Welcome to Smokey Graze Charcuterie. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments
  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.

2. Customized Orders
  • Any special requests or customized menu selections must be finalized at least 5 days before the event.

  • Changes made after this period may not be guaranteed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged in full.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Food & Allergies
  • Customers are responsible for notifying Smokey Graze Charcuterie of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

  • While we take great care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Liability
  • Smokey Graze Charcuterie is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions).

  • Once food has been delivered or set up, we are not responsible for its handling or storage.

6. Use of Website
  • All content, images, and branding on this website belong to Smokey Graze Charcuterie and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
